职位描述：
岗位职责；
1、 完成公司下达的校区招生任务，并开发新的训练场地；
2、 负责对校区运营人员及教练员进行招募，组建运营团队；
3、 结合区域及竞争对手特点，撰写调研报告及招生策略的制定；
4、 参与研发NBA姚明篮球俱乐部的课程体系及培训目标病提出建议；
5、 负责负责校区营销方案，制定招生计划和销售任务的落实；
6、 参与教练员团队的培训和管理；
7、 现场需要解答学员及家长关于俱乐部的相关问题，收集信息、反馈意见。


任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销、教育类、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2、一年以上工作经验，具备市场推广经验以及团队管理经验，具备教育培训、艺体教育工作经历优先；
3、具有抗压能力，能够结合当地情况完成公司的招生任务；
4、具备一定团队管理能力，具备较强的沟通能力以及资源协调能力；
5、热爱运动、做事积极主动，务实，执行力强，成就动机强烈；
