职位描述：
Job Description:

1. According to process and equipment requirement, figure out the electrical/control system solution for new production line and equipment. Provide control system specification and electrical installation specification for bidding.
2. Work with engineering, production and contractor to implement control system design, fabrication, installation, checkout and commissioning of new production line/equipment.
3. Provide technical support for production line/equipment improvement/upgrade and critical/emergency troubleshooting.
4. Review/check machine safety design of new production line and equipment to make sure it designs and works correctly.
5. Analyze maintenance and equipment performance data to identify repetitive equipment issues and implement procedures to improve reliability and uptime.
6. Process control system SOP's edit as required, related PM's edit and keep upgrading, PI&C related spare parts management.
7. Provide electrical/PI&CS related training to manufacturing and maintenance.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical, automation engineering or equivalent, Master degree is preferred.
2. 3+ years PI&C experience in engineering or plant engineering field, have good record to demonstrate tech capability and leadership in process control system design, programming, checkout, commissioning and sustaining, with coating line experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with at least one of control system platform (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron) is a must. Experience on Rockwell automation and drive systems would be an advantage.
4. CMMS, PdM or TPM experience would be an advantage.
5. Self-starting, systematic thinking and inquisitive individual with initiative to investigate, study, identify the root cause of problems and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
