Mission:
Build up the Software solution business to be the market leader on the Chinese market. Develop and lead the Software solution sales team consisting of both direct and indirect resources by establishing a common platform for software solution and assembly equipment sales.
Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Responsible for Orders Received, Orders Invoiced and profitable market development for Software solutions
? Develop the Software solutions sales volume following key ratios of equipment vs solutions sales targets
? Preparing, defining and executing the business plan including marketing activities and KPI’s in line with the defined Software solutions strategy
? Development of special concepts and strategies to adapt the solution business to the market needs in China.
? Development of the locally based software sales ambassadors for best support of solution business in the different zones
? Set up a strong consulting sales team in order to train the sales organization and generate a maximum support for MVI and GI sales.
? Development of the existing software solution customer base.
? Frequent communication and co-operation with VP Solution Business in Germany for best practice and reference case sharing
? Interact with other departments inside the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements
Education
? University degree or above within field of engineering, preferably related to software
Experience
? At least 8 years working experience with 3 year experience in management role is preferred
? Knowledge of Quality Systems for predominately the Motor Vehicle but also for the General Industry
? Proven track record in sales/business development with excellent results
? Experience in successfully leading and developing a sales team
? Experience in relevant industrial field
Knowledge
? Mechanical, electrical, and/or software knowledge
? Strong PC skill is a must

? Coaching skill
Language
? Fluent in English both in spoken and written
? Good command of Chinese language in spoken and written
