职位描述：
POSITION GOALS
Maintaininglab equipment at good condition and expected service life cycle.

Lab equipments management（实验室设备管理）
？ Record R&D lab equipment & furniture location, weight, utility matrix for purpose of space & facility system management
记录R&D 实验室设备家具信息（尺寸/位置/重量/水电气排风等需求）；
？ Update the lab equipment & furniture datebase while the information were changed. ( relocation, taken out from SDC for more than 3 months, custom or duty free equipment (furniture) taken out from SDC, donation, disposal and any change of ownership)
当设备状态发生改变时（位置变动/捐赠/报废等），更新该设备信息；
？ Define lab assets management process and ensure its implementation is fully followed process. Ensure lab assets database information in specific and accurate.
定义实验室资产管理流程并确保其按流畅执行，确保实验室资产信息的准确性
？ Check the amount and location of lab fixed assets on regular basis
定期盘点实验室的固定资产（设备和家具）
？ Coordinate with lab and purchasing team to complete the special equipment maintenance working such as (Mettler balance, Instron tensile etc.)
配合实验室及采购部门，完成一些特殊设备的维护保养（梅特勒的天平/Instron 拉力机）

Lab capacity statistics
？ Complete and maintain the lab utility capacity statistics such as, electrical power, exhaust volume, Di water, compress air and other utility gas etc.
完成实验室水电气排风等相关信息的数据统计和更新；
？ Regular update the lab equipment layout and provide the yearly lab spacestatistics.
定期更新实验室设备图纸及完成各实验室年度实际占用面积统计；

Other
？ Assist lab supervisor to establish and develop facility operation program that involving operating and maintenance SOP, patrolprocedure with record and checklist, , communicating process, reporting and documentation procedure.
协助主管完成实验室运行的一些工作（工作流程和操作SOP的更新，以及其他一些文档管理工作）

岗位要求
一：大学本科毕业（应届生也可），机械/暖通/化学工程相关专业毕业,会AUTO CAD者优先；
二：良好的office 技能，熟练运用（Word/Excel/PPT）；
三：英语读写流利，口语良好优先； 举报 分享
