职位描述Key Responsibilities
Immediate Supervisor: CS Assistant Manager

Responsible Area: Manage repair reception and shipping

Operational Duties:
-Reception of carriers or couriers
-Opening of repairs
-Packing and shipping of repairs
-Receive spare parts, accessories parcels from local Distribution Center in Shanghai
-Reception of tools, supplies and other goods (mails, etc.)
-Prepare shipment to sub-contractors or other internal CS platforms
-Prepare and file shipping documents according to CS requirements
-Manage and control packing materials
-Execute regular Repair Orders physical stock taking and track anomalies
-Arrange shipment of central filing and storage to local Distribution Center or Crown and maintain Master List
-Assist in due diligence with couriers on the loss of delivery and collect shipping related information to management for the claim with insurance company by Security.


任职要求Qualification
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. The individual shall be a good team player and able to carry out duties with accuracy and speed.
-At least 2 years similar working experience in logistics or warehousing position
-Basic computer skills for MS Office, especially MS Excel will be a plus
-A good team player, reliable with patience and accuracy
-Open to change
-English ability in written and verbal will be a plus
