Sub: 20
Mission:
Create and implement sales strategy reflecting the current business situation and future potential to develop company sales (automotive customers) in South zone.
Build up and lead an efficient organization providing profitable growth and customer satisfaction to achieve sales target.

Major responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Be responsible for profit & loss in the zone
? Create and execute business plans to achieve the annual sales target, following the company overall business strategy
? Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategy to take market share
? Breakdown annual sales goal into action points and activities for the team and allocate sales force according to the market mapping
? Support Area Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to maintain a high-level customer relationship
? Leading, coaching and motivation the sales team within the zone and be responsible for develop the sales, product and project competence
? Interact with other departments inside the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements
 
Requirements
Education
? University degree or above with engineering background
Experience
? At least 8 years working experience with 3 year experience in management role is preferred
? Proven track record in sales with excellent results
? Experience in successfully leading and developing a sales team
? Experience in relevant industrial field
? Experience with P/L responsibility is preferred
Knowledge
? Mechanical or electrical knowledge
? PC skill is a must
