职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities/岗位职责：
- New project quality assurance development and plan, and cooperate with project manager and process engineer
负责新项目的质量策划及改善，配合项目经理与工艺工程师完成新项目
- Prepare all quality related documents for the project (All process instructions, specifications, Control plan, PFMEA, etc.) and roll it out by training the operators, inspectors
负责全过程检验指导, 规格标准，控制计划，PFEMA等质量文件的制定、更新，以及培训相关员工
- Handling quality problem in house with root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions
负责处理工厂内部质量问题，采取相关纠正或改善措施
- Follow up PPAP procedures; prepare FAI/Cpk, Cmk, MSA reports
跟踪PPAP程序，并准备包括FAI/Cpk, Cmk, MSA等相关质量报告
- Make sure first piece inspection and process inspections are conducted and records are maintained.
确保首件检测和过程检测的实施和记录保存
- Prepare quality documents such as certificates, inspection reports for deliveries
负责交付所需的其他质量文件包括认证证书，检验报告书等
- Daily project quality report update and quality issue tracking
更新日常项目质量报告，跟踪问题点及改善措施状况
- Other tasks assigned by dept. manager
完成上级主管安排的其他任务

Background & Qualifications/岗位要求：
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical background, familiar with stamping, machining, powder metallurgy process is preferred
机械类专业本科及以上学历，熟悉冲压、机加工及粉末冶金等工艺优先
- Above 3 years work experience in industry field, familiar with electronics factory is preferred
三年以上质量工作经验，有机械电子工厂质量管理经验者优先
- Proficiency in QM tools of SPC, MSA, FMEA, AQPQ, PPAP, quality tools
精通SPC, MSA, FMEA, AQPQ, PPAP等质量工具
- Skills in measuring equipment/instruments (CMM, contour, OMM) will be preferred
有三坐标，轮廓测量仪，影像仪等测量仪器的操作经验者优先
- Good Knowledge in Ms Office and good command of English and Chinese (written and oral)
能熟练使用办公软件，良好的中英文书面及口语表达能力 举报 分享
