PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop, implement, and oversee strategic direction for Clients and strategic provision of C&W services; will serve as a single point of contact for Clients..
? Responsible for Clients FM operation in existing 35 branch offices locating in 35 cities and also the potential assets that will be assigned C&W to manage including but not limited to Clients
? Ultimately responsible for delivery of best-in-class service in every geography and across every area of expertise
? Responsible for the overall relationship management with Clients to ensure the services provided are in alignment with goals
? Provides solutions and options to meet new strategies and goals set by Clients..
? Overall management for new business transition.
? Develop quality management system, standard operation procedures for Clients Facility management service.
? Direct, schedule and manage assigned daily and long ranged facilities activities to ensure that all programs and procedures of the operating staff are being implemented.
? Management of contract and subcontractors to align with client’s requirement.
? In addition, there may be other duties that may require you to undertake at the Company's discretion. You may be required from time to time to travel on behalf of the Company around the region.
JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
? Bachelor degree or Master degree in Management Science and Engineering, Facilities Management or the other related fields
? Minimum of 5 years experience in Facility management
? Process strong academic knowledge in Facilities Management
? Proficiency in both spoken and written English
? Must be extremely motivated, detail-oriented, dependable and flexible
? Good interpersonal, organization and communication skills
