Job Description


Responsibility

?Define, document and implement metrics reporting framework, including KPIs and scorecards and reflecting quantitative and qualitative measures of the effectiveness of IT services and their value to our business customers.
?Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
?Work closely with the various IT teams in implementing and driving best practices
?Spearhead IT Governance initiatives within the Global IT teams
?Work closely with the business and IT partners
?Excellent communication skills
?Management of support and service contract renewals process
?Key participant in the creation of annual operating plans and periodic financial forecasts
?Gather operational and financial data to support the monthly scorecard and metrics reporting; assist in developing new performance metrics
?Assist in the month-end close process for the IT organization including detailed account analysis, creation of accrual entries to provide accurate departmental expenses, and performing analytical activities of expenses to financial targets
?Provide ad hoc analytical support throughout the IT organizations as needed
?Support Project Management Office in by assisting in evaluating project costing
?Identify and lead improvements needed to existing processes
?Perform other duties as required or assigned as position grows in scope and responsibility

JOB REQUIREMENTS

?4+ years financial analysis in a high-tech environment, preferably in an IT, engineering or other technical group.
?Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA a plus.
?Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (most notably Excel). Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Microsoft Access and Qlikview a plus
?Superior analytic, modelling, and problem solving skills with attention to detail
?Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner with a variety of stakeholder and levels required.
?Strong inter-personal skills to interface with all levels of staff within the organization
?Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a diverse team of business and IT staff
?Successful candidate will need to be comfortable with change, very organized, and stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
