Position Description
1. Manage (planning and execution) all aspects of sales, marketing, customer service, technology promotion and product delivery throughout the covered Vertical and areas.
2. Directly report to Vertical sales leader (if the role exists) or AP Sales leader, primarily covers targeted vertical market, and support other customers geographically.
3. Directly measured by revenue target achievement and customer satisfaction.
4. Understand the growth strategy (STRAP) of the country, and executing it throughout the covered vertical market and areas.
Essential Job Functions
1. Be a leader and key sales person in the covered vertical market or areas.
2. Develop new business opportunity, such as new customers, new vertical market, new product and new channel etc, by leveraging internal partners and external customers; prioritize the opportunities , execute and convert it into real business
3. Define the product strategy and roadmap, develop the core positioning for the product for the vertical market
4. Be an expert with respect to the vertical market and region, including focused market/Industry, product, technology and competitive landscape
5. Be able to brief and train the customers in the targeted market and regions
6. Develop collateral material as required to sell and service offerings for the region
7. Support Marcom, Sales operation and Technical support team etc as a part of team
Education, Experience & Skills
1. Bachelor's degree or above with strong technical background in field like computers or software, Automation Control or IoT/Facility management etc
2. At least 8 years experiences in sales, marketing or engineering etc essential technical function
3. At least 8 years experiences in HVAC equipment Sales and Engineering, Automation Controls, Building Automation Control etc.
4. At least 3 years sales experiences in chain store market(Supermarket/Bank/C-store etc.)
5. Be able to understand software architecture, features deeply and be able to explain them in both technical and general terms
6. Good communication skills; Customer driven and service attitude;
7. Strong Leadership, Self-managed, good team work, proactive and strong execution
In general, we need someone with:
8. IoT/Chain store facility management background, about 5 years experiences, it will be a plus, if they ever worked for HVAC manufacturer etc
9. Sales / Marketing experience, be good at key account management understanding how to sales solution to customer.
10. True leader and entrepreneurship
11. Passion for Niagara technology as a plus; IT and Software background is a plus
12. Willing to travel on business.
