System Integration (SI) of Deloitte Consulting aims to provide the end-to-end business process optimization, system integration and industry solution services by IT technologies. We fulfill the demand of information construction to support customers' business growth and daily operation. We offer a complete range of industry-leading customized services to help our customers on program/project management, business analysis, solution design and architecture, system development/testing/maintenance, .etc.

工作职责：

1.设计用户行为及系统的信息构架，保证系统的可用性；

2.参与系统的规划构思，归纳用户目标、用户任务；

3.组织用户研究，根据用户研究的结果对设计方案进行优化；

4.界面规范的制定与实施；

Qualification:

工作要求：

1.本科以上学历，工业设计、计算机、心理学等相关专业；

2.3年以上的网页、软件行业交互设计工作经验，并有成功案例；

3.熟悉网站构建的相关流程，包括网站功能分析、用户角色分析、原型设计、界面开发、易用性测试等；

4.能够提供高质量的系统原型、流程图、线框图等清晰的表达设计方案；

5.熟练运用交互设计各种方法，对交互设计理论有较深的了解和认识；

6.对业界最新的交互应用有深入的见解；

7.对用户体验和易用性有敏锐的把握能力；

8.富有激情、积极主动、关注细节、学习能力强；

9.有互联网行业，视频内容行业，电商行业面向C端用户设计经验者优先

10.传媒广告设计专业或相关从业经验者优先

11.良好的口头表达能力和写作能力，英文能力强者更佳
