Responsibilities:
Ensure that equipments tracked by his MTE engineers comply with targets:
1. Quality (Safety, Capability, Capacity, Reliability, Maintenability)
2. Cost (Investment cost, Management cost)
3. Delivery time
4. Develop his team skills, in technical fields, in know-how-to-be, in workshop, program, and supplier relation management.
5. Identify potential succession and train.
6. Develop level of competence in China toward his domain (operations, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing teams)
Participate to key milestones as opportunities to make On Job Training:
1. Specifications check and validation
2. Design review
3. Equipment Pre-acceptance
Animate MTE Domain QRCI activity daily:
1. Revise with team situation vs. forecast vs. schedule
2. Revise Single List of Issue
3. Make OJT and assign actions
Train:
1. Train suppliers to equipment tracking management and technical best practices in his domain.
2. Train Faurecia employees in his domain, in management methods and best practices
3. Evaluate trainees and people level
4. Make OJT and assign actions
Learn:
1. Self keep at spearhead of his domain
2. Build standards on lessons learnt and train using lessons learnt

Qualifications:
1. Strong leadership
2. Management experience in industrial field (maintenance, process engineering, industrial department, production)
