RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Plan and organize activities to accomplish the objectives as established in particular areas of assignment such as Processing, Machining, Manufacturing Technology, Maintenance and Tooling.

-Plan and develop advanced manufacturing solutions to new business opportunities in the areas of Process Definition, Equipment and Tooling Definition, Labor Definition and Facility Requirements Definition.

-Review utilization of existing facilities, including appropriate usage of equipment and manufacturing processes to obtain optimum operating results.

-Recommend solutions to a variety of more complex and unusual problems related to manufacturing processes.

-Define, generate and maintain lay-out drawings of building, grounds and equipment installations indicating location of all pipes, electrical wires and drainage systems to be readily identifiable by color coding or similar program. This includes gas lines, water lines, chemical lines, electrical lines and drainage lines.

-Conduct special studies and projects relating to plant layouts, equipment, product and process improvements, and cost reductions. Consolidate data for presentation to management.

-Seek bids on construction, alteration and installation of new equipments. Recommend suppliers based on cost, workmanship, technical capability and completion dates. Administer such contracts when approved by proper authority.

-Thoroughly check all equipment, and installations to insure compliance with manufacturing requirements.

Education and knowledge (indispensable and wished) :
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer
-Calculation basis ( material constrain + functional dimension)
-Automotive regulation (SR)

Experiences (type and duration) :
-Practise of professional English : Fluent
-More than two years' experience as an Automotive Engineer in a Design Center
-Good practice of Catia 4.1 and have basic knowledge of computer systems
