TITLE: China Key Account Leader, Car BE

BUSINESS UNIT: Car BE, China, Compresson & Braking BU

REPORTING TO: China OE Sales Leader, and Global Sales Leader, Car BE

REPORTS: CRM/CPM Car BE China

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:
He/she is responsible for establishing as a preferred and
reliable partner by managing all dimensions of their customer account assigned. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship through translation of the voice of the customer into the right customer strategy. As the central conduit for all customer related activities, Key Account leaders provide connectivity to Product Business Units (BUs), Regional Business Units and all other parts of the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· build customer relationship across all levels
· collect the voice of the customer and translate it into WABCO requirements
· develop a strong account team fulfilling all internal and external expectations
· develop and implement global customer strategies
· translate customer strategies into operating plan objectives for the key account team
· influence product development strategies in the BU's to fulfill customer and market needs
· lead the request for quotation process for all customer requests
· develop and implement sales growth strategies
· ensure the organization is responsive to customer needs, expectations and requests
· communicate these throughout our organization
· drive and support key account initiatives
· lead all negotiations with the customers
· deliver consistently high service levels across the value chain from product development, through manufacturing, to delivery
EXPERIENCE:
· Technical / Sales background as well as outstanding leadership qualities managing multidisciplinary teams with high levels of ambiguity / uncertainty
