职位描述
Job Accountabilities:
1. Receive incoming call /fax/email for service request from customer, route to right person to handle it and coordinate in service team to establish a communication channel to get a satisfied result.
2. Update Weekly order list.
3. Service hotline management
4. Spare parts inventory administration
5. Service work delivery
- Responsible for FSE time sheet input on weekly base and workload/
- Assist service manager to distribute field service work and coordinate with FSE and customer.
- Responsible for service record filing.
- Follow up warranty parts request from FSE.
- Manage spare parts ordered and warranty parts replacement as well as return of defective and repairable parts to Eden Prairie factory.
- Assist SVC engineer to manage local tool kits and parts inventory.
5. Inter company service order open/close request, billing to HQ.
6. Assist Service sales to process spare parts/service quotation and contract.
7. Billable service and parts order administration.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Min. 2 years experience in similar position
- Good written and oral English skills
- IT-Skills
- MS-Office
- SAP desirable
