职位描述：
Engineering Manager, Chuzhou
● TQC and Lean projects to re-design product options, manufacturing equipment, tooling and processes which improve product yield, cycle time or other key metrics and get financial return as a result.
● Applies scientific principles to identify root cause(s) of manufacturing or product problems. Defines and establishes solutions and to implement peranent solution
●Ensure Engineering evaluates, enhances and maintains existing products. Design of Experiment methodology followed in building models of components, assemblies, and products to verify design and associated manufacturing processes in specific area of responsibility. Define escalation process for communication of issues and concerns.
● Lead the manufacturing engineers to assist and accomplish daily production duties and Implement Honeywell Operating System in the daily work throughout the manufacturing group to reduce waste, improve lead-time in pursuit of operations metrics goals.
● Assist with build, debug, training and installation of new equipment/Process to support defined production goals and requirements.
● Implement TPM and manage maintenance cost.
● Oversee the manufacture and test of prototypes for customer evaluation of new products to support customer specifications, operations and technical marketing requirements.
● Ensure that engineering activities are managed in accordance with Honeywell business conduct.
● Works with production department to set up production line and manufacturing processes for transfer products and solves the technical issue. Work with Sourcing department on localization projects. Take lead on Project Transfer as needed.
● Lead Product Development team with responsibility for the required elements of the manufacturing plans, process information and associated cost data analysis.
● Establishes manufacturing processes to ensure successful introduction of new products.
● Support the manufacturing engineers to generate, review and update the procedures, instructions or other documents in accordance with quality system requirements.
● Works with Quality Control to establish accept/reject criteria for new and existing products.
● Comply with HSE rules.
● Drive NPI projects for respective SBU to successfully completion on time and meeting project needs for cost and cycle time.
● Team with COE and stakeholders, including Product Management and other SBU and LOB leaders to ensure appropriate sourcing measures and metrics are in place and deployed that measure progress against initiatives
● Deliver KPI’s and develop necessary corrective action plans
