上海中智公司招聘Marketing Program Assistant（MKT Team）

工作地：徐家汇

合同期限：1年，可续签

Job Duty，

1) Manage approval of DNet（distribution net_供应商网站）content through transflow process (including job set up, uploads, daily tracking & mthly stewardship)

2) Create/manage Documented content

3) Maintain content tracking database / Monitor content update

4) Publish on portal /Do email blast

5) Training for DNet SPOC

6) DNet upgrade testing

7) Coordinate Annual access verification

8) Respond to daily inquiries of DNet operation

9) Monthly Stewardship (including KPI's on DNet access, content tracking, transflow job status)

10) Besides above work load of uploading content on DNet, this position will take over all DNet related work which used to be conducted by our vendor (one team made up of 3 persons) including

1、Tran flow process,

2、eDM edit and blasting

3、DNet content tracking and maintenance

Brand new workload

This position will take some work as Marketing Program Assistant, who will be responsible for China Marketing Program supporting，Main jobs as below,

1、ATL Payment Voucher make up

2、ATL Payment data login

3、Monthly report

4、Housekeeping of our store room in MT

Skills and qualifications required，

1、Bachelor degree or above，have at least 1 year related working experience

2、Good English in both oral and written

3、Strong learning capability

4、Have web admin experience is a plus

Bachelor/College degree in Computing Science, E-Commerce or Marketing.
1 - 2 years experience in an E-Commerce, IT or website support role.
Working knowledge of website technologies, such as Omniture, Flash, HTML, SEO, etc.
Has ability to work on routine tasks.
Good English reading/writing skills, and has ability to understand technical content.
Quick learning skills and logics required.
Team player and a positive attitude

职 责：
Support corporate strategies as well as local marketing programs in the web channel.
Manage web content translation process for marketing pages, product catalogs, videos, etc. in the global site.
Coordinate with internal and external content liaisons and support regional content production.
Support regional web metrics analyzing and reporting.
