要 求：
You have a Master's degree in a technical discipline.
You have strong communication skills and are able to negotiate on a senior level.
You have a minimum of 10 years experience including:
o Quality control and/or manufacturing of heat-exchangers/ pressure vessels.
o Shipping and export out of PR China.
o Working in an international company.
You have strong analytical and project management and sourcing skills.
You have good interpersonal and intercultural skills which enables you to effectively interact with associates at all levels of the company.
You are autonomous and you are a strong organizer, accurate, able to prioritize effectively, have strong problem solving skills with a drive for results and innovation.
You are ready to travel (approx. 40% of your time).
You have excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
You are a native Chinese.

职 责：
Develop the sourcing of products made in PR China for VWS’s Business Units.
Work closely with all VWS’s Business Units to identify needs and appropriate solutions.
Research and investigate competitive and proven suppliers in PR China identifying manufacturing capability, quality standards, export experience and financial stability.
Assist the Business Units for the technical and commercial negotiations.
Manage a team of inspectors/ expeditors to ensure the quality and the delivery time of the products ordered by the Business Units in PR China.
