要 求：
1.BS degree in Electronic, Automatically, Industrial or equivalent experience.
2.Experience with PCBA, electro-mechanical and cable components, assemblies, testing, and instrumentation a plus.
3.Ability to electronic troubleshooting a plus.
4.Experience in manufacturing process development for new product rollout.
5.Good oral and writing skills both Chinese and English.
6.Personal computer, problem solving and organization skills are required.
7.Ability to establish coordinates, and lead cross-functional team for problem solving and resolution.
8.Good analytical and problem solving skills.
9.Good Health

职 责：
1.Instil creativity and provide Disposition/solution to manufacturing issues.
2.Understand and clarify BOM issues, drawings, and manufacturing documents.
3.Demonstrate initiative and applied skills to solve and improve product quality, productivity and delivery.
4.Handle the daily activities of the manufacturing floor by assigning duties and responsibilities while following up to close all issues.
5.Implement programs and process improvement policies.
6.Work with US Engineering and internal functions to improve manufacturing capabilities and requirements.
7.Develop, evaluate, and assist in improving production and functional processes.
8.Demonstrate high qualities in hardware troubleshooting, quality issues, and manufacturing support.
9.Others assigned by manager
