职位描述
Logistics and Customer Service Manager
要 求:
a. Must be a proactive, innovative problem solver and a self starter, with good communication skills, high energy and the ability to interact and communicate at all levels of an organization;
b. 5+ years of progressive experience in planning, logistics, sales planning and customer service
c. Demonstrated a high degree of planning, organizational, and analytical skills;
d. 3+ year experience with SAP
e. The ability to motivate and manage subordinates
f. Good command in English (oral and written)
g. Post-secondary related education background
职 责:
a. As manager of Logistics and customer service department, responsible for laying out the distribution and logistic concept and strategy of distribution centers across the country; supervises the implementation of these concepts and strategies to ultimately secure service level to customers;
b. In close collaboration with Sales and Product Management, secure appropriate stock levels to fulfill customers requirment meanwhile optimize inventory carrying cost;
c. Select proper warehouse and logistics service providers, review their performance regularly and request necessary corrective actions, meanwhile managing the distribution and logistics cost in the most effective and efficient way;
d. Contributing to business performance by managing the puchasing, logistics and other sales and customer related internal processes and external relationships with all vendors;
e. Drives the business performance by utilizing continuous improvement measurements and actions to fulfill the customer needs in proactive way; based on thorough understanding of the processes from point of view of customers, implement concepts and actions to reach customer expectation. Analyzes and presents the results on ongoing basis.
f. Work closely with internal company vendors to fulfil delivery requirement of key projects and key OEM customers;
g. Provide after service, handle customers' complaints, to ensure proper replacement;
h. Implement SAP system to improve efficiency of daily operation;
i. Manage and train the team to be capable for delivering customer service exellences;
