BASIC FUNCTION基本职能:
Work with internal related function and oversea customers to provide deviation design proposals and layout, conduct product technical deviations/layout review for overseas sales. Technically support sales segment in IBD for negotiation projects and contract management segment for contract execution to achieve sales target.
与相关部门和海外客户合作以提供相应的非标设计方案和土建图纸,并对海外销售项目进行产品土建图纸审核及非标技术评审。为IBD新梯销售科的新梯询价项目和合同管理科的合同执行项目提供技术支持,以共同实现销售目标的最终达成。
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要义务和职责
1. Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EH&S policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.
严格遵守OTIS全球安全规定,执行公司EH&S政策,在个人职责范围内对每项事故、险兆有效防范,以防事故发生。
2. Fully Compliance with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
完全符合UTC道德规范认知要求。

4. Review negotiation projects technical requirement to provide deviation design proposals. Be responsible for negotiation project technical items clarification . Provide technically support for new projects during negotiation and quotation stage. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects. Communicate with sales representatives and oversea customers to promote XOEC product.
评审新梯询价项技术规格,提供对应的非标设计方案。负责新梯销售项目的技术咨询工作,并对相关技术点加以澄清、阐述和说明。在新项目协商和报价阶段,为项目提供技术支持。对复杂项目的跨部门评审工作进行协调和管理。与销售代表和海外客户积极沟通,推行宣传公司产品。
5. Review and confirm the technical items of contract. Confirm deviation solution during contract negotiation phase and revise deviation design solution according to changes. Manage the across-departments review for complicated projects.
评审并确认合同技术规格信息。在合同协商阶段中,与客户确认非标设计方案并根据客户需求的变更来相应更改非标设计方案。对复杂项目的跨部门评审工作进行协调和管理。
6. Design layout proposal for new negotiation projects or review customer’s layout drawings during projects negotiation phase. Communicate with oversea customer to work out an agreed layout design for quotation.
为新梯询价项目设计电、扶梯土建布置,或在项目协商过程中审核客户发来的土建布置。与海外客户进行沟通,为销售报价提供客户认可的土建布局。
7. Confirm customer’s layout drawing or create layout drawings for contracts according to agreed product configuration and design proposals.
根据客户已认可的产品配置及设计方案,为合同执行项目提供电、扶梯土建布局,或审核确认客户发来的土建布局图。
8. Once deviation solution and layout is finalized, make a Bill of Materials (BOM) and send to finance for pricing, for both new negotiation project and contracts.
当新梯询价项目/合同执行项目非标设计方案及土建图纸最终完成时,制作对应的物料明细询价单(BOM)并发送至财务进行核价。
9. Be capable to travel to oversea alone for project negotiation technical support, product training and etc.
能单独出差海外进行项目谈判技术支持、产品培训等任务。

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:
Education: Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bachelor or above
教育背景: 机电类专业,大学本科或以上。
Experience: At least one year work experience. Experience in elevator industry will be a plus.
工作经验: 至少1年工作经验。有电梯行业工作经验者将优先考虑。
Language: Good at Writing in English. Fluent in speaking English
语言能力: 擅长英语写作,口语流利。
Computer Skills: Good at Auto CAD and M.S office. Good at VB will be a plus
计算机技能: 擅长Auto CAD和微软Office操作;擅长VB编程者将优先考虑。
