Position Purpose:

This position will be responsible for overview e-commerce merchandise performance across TMALL, JD and flagship stores. To be focus on online products performance breakdown to SKU level to drive the decision of pricing and promotion strategy and also controls inventory allocation among different channel base on sales data analysis. To be co-work with online buyer closely to optimize seasonal assortments base on the data and also assist with online order placing.

-Online products performance analyzing by setting up daily tracking reports across all online channels, includes TMALL, JD, VIP.com flagship stores. Regular reviewing ST% performance breakdown to SKU level to drive the decision of pricing and promotion strategy.

-Base on the analyzing of products sales performance, work with TP team closely in deciding inventory allocation across different online channels and monitoring on the execution afterwards.

- Co-work with online buyer closely in analyzing products performance and trend by setting up weekly, monthly and seasonally tracking reports from different categories across Women’s, Men’s, Accessories, Kids and Underwear etc for making the assortment decision for online orders with further optimization.  

-Follow up from the seasonal buy, setting up online merchandise item master to come out for the products story telling or selling point highlights to support new products online shelving optimization.

-Assist online buyer in seasonal order placing together after assortment done to make sure the orders been submit on time.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or above

Years of Experience:

3 years+ merchandise experience

Special Knowledge or Skills:

Good coordination and communication skill is necessary

Good at data analyzing is necessary

Well written English skill is necessary

Preferred:

1-2 years+ e-commerce merchandise experience is preferred
