职位描述：
Job Scope:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing and recruiting for both corporate and store level for the China region.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment channel to hit recruitment target;
-Manage the recruitment process to ensure qualified applicants are selected;
- Conduct interviews with short listed candidates and makes recommendations and offers;
- Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources;
- Foster effective communication between employees and management;
- Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment result;
- Other ad hoc tasks resigned by Manager;

Jobholder Requirements
-Fluent in oral and written English;
-Impressive interpersonal and communication skills;
-Good command of computer and Microsoft skills;
-Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and high motivation;
-Able to work independently and under pressure;
-Minimum 1 years recruitment related work experience, searching firm or retailing working experience will be an advantage;
-Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources related;

Reporting to: HR Manager
