Job Description
To work on Key Account Management plan and implementation based on full understanding of clients` organization structure and business strategy
To establish, maintain and enhance relationship with key stakeholders of clients
To communicate both externally and internally to optimize clients` perception on AGA service quality and value proposition
To proactively manage renewal process and secure 100% renewal rate and healthy organic growth
To penetrate clients` business units and product portfolio, and identify and capture up sell opportunities to achieve account extension target set by AGA
To independently manage selling cycle including professional proposal, presentation, business negotiation, tender, and contracting
To teamwork with Account Manager for routine account management and administrative tasks and achieve team target
Job Requirement
University degree, major in Business or Finance preferred
3+ years working experience in financial industry, P&C insurance company preferred
Trackable records of managing big B2B account independently
Professional presentation skill
Multi-task management capability
A good team player and contributor
Good attitude and communication skill both in English and Chinese, both internally and externally
Be adaptive, optimistic, diligent and precise-thinking
