Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall Role of the Senior Operations Manager is to build a perfect environment within the Mega Store (through the management of Logistics, Accounting, Security, Cleaning & Display) and be the financial associate of the Mega Store Director by being Responsible of the P&L.
- Logistics :
o Warehouse & DSD orders receiving
o Slow movers, close expiry & fast moving items tracking
o Shrinkage follow up & minimization
o Stock, Warehouse and Back office Management
o Non consumable ordering
o Creation of Reports & Tools to enhance tracking and efficiency
- Accounting :
o Cash Management
o Opening & Closing process
o Petty Cash & Deposit to Bank Management
o Creation of Reports & Tools to enhance tracking and efficiency.
o P&L Management
- Security :
o Security staff Management.
o To plan a strong & well organized Roster, optimizing the on duty Security Staff based on daily traffic & sales peaks.
o Creation of Reports & Tools in order to provide summary of Security incidents.
- Cleaning :
o Guarantee the Mega Store cleanliness permanently.
o Cleaning staff Management.
o To plan a strong & well organized Roster, optimizing the on duty Cleaning Staff based on daily traffic & sales peaks.
- Display :
o To ensure a perfect Merchandising execution based on HQ guidelines and following strictly Store SOP.
o Control and overview animations set up.
- Others
o Make reasonable sales forecast proposal based on store sales and market trends
o Good management in store IT works.
o To create a harmonious working atmosphere and be able to retain team member.
o Plan and make the roster of all operation team member according to store real needs.
o Be the key contact window of 3rd party security and cleaning issues.
o All other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 Year's Experience in Logistics / Accounting role within Retail or FMCG Beauty Company.
- Minimum 3 Years of Management of Team
- Highly motivational, result orientated.
- Highly rigorous, details and process orientated.
- Master degree or above
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English
Supervision Received: Reporting to the Mega Store Director
Subordinates: Team of 10 people (excluding 3rd party companies)
