Job responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for product export logistics and document produced;
2.Contact the forwarders for export booking, contact the customs, inspection bureau and other relevant departments, ensure the normal export of the goods, and obtain the special documents of the certificate of origin.
3.Assist the foreign trade sales to handle customer complaints about the packaging and transportation of the products;
4.Assist foreign trade sales to track internal production, order coordination, goods tracking, etc.
5. Finish tasks assigned by your supervisor on time;
6.Organize customer files and make relevant export documents;
7. Make daily quotation, inquiry and delivery.
8. Develop international clients with B2B platforms;
9.Working to develop the foreign key target customers assigned by the company;
10. Keep track of your daily work.
Application requirements:
1.College degree or above, major in English, foreign trade English, business English, international trade, etc.
2. To understand the foreign trade process, master the standard of computer operation, and have the experience of bearing foreign trade.
