QA specialist - one year contract

Job Description:

· Follow-up and resolve label/hangtag issues with related functions in a timely manner so as to eliminate/minimize impact to business

· Work with regional QA team to maintain seasonal label/hangtag database in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of data

· Place label orders to suppliers

· Keep close contact with relevant government authorities to get regulation updates

· Regularly update and synchronize label data base according to Chinese labeling regulation.

· Supervise service provider's local labeling operation in warehouse

· Lead the testing program with internal stakeholders and external labs.

Requirements:

· Education background in textile and clothing technology preferable

· At least 3 years experience in quality assurance and control in textile and apparel industry.

· Good Knowledge and understanding in Chinese labeling regulation and international standard

· Good knowledge and understanding in China quality standards for textile and leather products.

· Effective communication skills in both Chinese and English

· Good communication skills with internal counterparties and authorities

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Strong attention to details
