Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: 人力资源副经理
Total Subordinate: 无
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 劳动合同管理:
? 准备及签订新员工劳动合同;
? 合同到期续签劳动合同:制作、发放及回收劳动合同续签意向书--填写劳动合同--通知续签合同人员--当面续签合同;
? 新员工劳动合同网上申报,续签合同网上申报,离职员工合同网上终止;
? 试用期评估:制作、发放及回收试用期评估表。
2. 员工离职面谈与分析:
? 对所有离职员工进行面谈;
? 整理面谈数据,完成每月离职报表:分析离职率、离职原因。
3. 奖惩管理:
? 员工奖惩行为记录表的审核、汇总与分析;
? 对员工进行《奖惩程序》的培训;
? 接受员工关于“奖惩”的咨询。
4. 处理员工投诉与建议:
? 接收、处理员工投诉及建议,并及时反馈;
? 员工投诉箱的管理。
5. 组织开展员工座谈会:
? 负责购买员工座谈会食品;
? 员工座谈会会场布置、录音、摄影;
? 收集、整理员工的意见与建议;
? 跟踪问题点的落实情况。
6. 工伤申报及管理:
? 工伤认定申请及工伤结案;
? 职业健康;
? 雇主责任险跟进。
7. 三期女工管理:
? 收集三期女工信息;
? 监督《三期女工管理程序》的执行。
8. 协助处理劳动争议;
9. 办公室文件扫描、复印及上司临时安排的工作。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,人力资源管理、教育学、心理学等相关专业;
2. 3年以上人力资源工作经验,不限模块;
3. 良好的英语读写能力,英语口语流利者优先;
4. 熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规;
5. 熟练操作windows系统,掌握Word, Excel 和PPT技能;
6. 良好的沟通与合作技巧;
7. 工作细心认真负责,有责任心,工作态度积极,有团队合作精神。
