Department /Division：Digital E-Commerce/Digital Customer Service

Job summary/purpose：
A member of the Digital Customer Service function, supports the team in Digital Customer Service activities for Level -I support.

Responsibilities：

? manages Level-I customer support (by phone, chat, sms, social network, e-mail, etc.);
? assists customers in all the steps of the browsing and purchasing process on the Group’s web sites;
? provides customers with all the information required to finalize the purchase;
? provides post-sale support (returns, shipment status);
? manages escalation to Level-II support;
? manages incoming toll-free calls;
? interfaces with the Logistics functions for the management of shipments to E-Commerce Clients. 举报 分享
