职位描述：
The HR Specialist is responsible for all personnel concerns. S/he processes and maintains employee information, employment, programs, benefits, evaluations and termination of employees.

Key Responsibilities：
1. Publish job vacancy and recruit new employees based on the position requirements and budgets
2. Assist department managers in employees' transfer, promotion, demotion, and termination of employment relationship
3. Manage labour contracts and other personnel information
4. Assist departments in executing performance management
5. Calculate monthly remuneration for Porsche Centre employees
6. Oversee the compliance of personnel management processes and related policies

Attributes：
1. University degree in HR management, business management or other relevant majors
2. At least 2-3 years' working experience in HR management; working experience in the automobile industry preferred
3. Software and systems: proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes and Internet
4. Passion for work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in work; Understand and advocate the philosophy, image and characteristics of the Porsche brand; Well-educated, with awareness of and sensitivity to policies, able to keep confidential, work actively and make wise decision; Good adaptability, professional ethics and stick to decent conduct codes; Familiar with laws and regulations relating to HR issues 举报 分享
