6 month Contractor
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for the efficient and effective processes in place for experienced and fresh talent acquisition – including but not limited hiring requirement communication, Talent Sourcing, Selection and Offering.
2. Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and engage effective channels to source the right candidate in a timely manner.
3. Screen candidates for availability, motivations, employment eligibility, salary expectations, relocation needs and basic qualifications.
4. Coordinates reference checks and employment processing.
5. Ensure “Right-Start” for new hires through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the On-boarding process.
6. Build long and enduring relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, potential candidates and agencies.
7. Understand and provide market intelligence information to hiring managers and HRBPs, come up the appropriate suggestion/action.
8. Participate in assigned talent acquisition and HR cross functional projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, the following skills and experiences are crucial:
1. Bachelor degree with a minimum of 1 years of in-house or agency talent acquisition experience.
2. Self-motivated, proactive, responsible and can work under pressure.
3. Strong ownership and good at driving requisition fulfillment through effective sourcing channels (External/Internal Referral, Job boards, Social Medias, Campus recruitment, Agencies, etc.).
4. Good business sense and stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Knowledge of social media, LinkedIn and WeChat recruitment is a distinct advantage.
6. Good English.
7. Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions/business units.
8. Have passion to talent acquisition and willingness to learn new knowledge, skills and market trend.
INTERACTION
Frequently interacts with hiring managers, HRBPs, Candidates, HR peers and agencies. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
