Role Summary/Purpose:The position applied for 6 months to 1-year internship, carrying out duties to support all marketing program in China
Essential ResponsibilitiesHis/ her responsibilities include but not limited to:
? eMarketing - Key in campaign responses into CRM.
? Marketing Surveys- work with PR & management team to conduct mini-surveys by telephone interview.
? Communication Collaterals- He/she will work closely with external agencies for general articles proofreading, printing scheduling as well as Marketing inventory maintenance.
? Events & Campaigns- Work with Event team, provide necessary assistances on-site or off-site.
Qualifications/Requirements:Currently doing a Marketing/Business Degree.
? High level of organization and time management skills.
? Proficient and accurate PC user - Word, Excel, & Powerpoint.
? A team player
? Proficient in English as a working language.
? Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
? Able to multi-task and remain aware of each project status.
Desired CharacteristicsEnthusiastic, can-do attitude.
? Previous marketing/office admin experience.
? Knowledge of database management systems an advantage
