职位描述：
To manage co-manufactures quality including new co-man development, new products launches, quality and food safety systems set up, implementation and verification, incidents management, and continuous improvement of quality performances. This job will ensure the compliance of Hersheys global co-manufacture quality requirement and bridge Hershey’s and co-manufactures on any quality and food safety aspects.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1. 25% New Co-man Development:
1) Audit and gap assessment during new co-man selection process
2) Provide business solutions to minimize new co-man’s food safety and quality risks;
3) Approve co-man sites from QRC part
2 35% New Products Launches:
1) Lead QDR in any new products launches in existing and new manufactures sites
2) Lead Q&FS risk assessment and business solution in new projects
3) Co-lead the product quality specification creation and alignment with cross functional team
4) Create the quality master plan including Quality monitoning and verification
5) Co-lead product line trial and commissioning with R&D
2. 20% Q&FS system set up, implementation, verification and continuous improvement:
1) Drive the gap analysis of hershey’s policies and standards of GMP/HACCP/Traceability/ Allergen/EMP in co-manufactures
2) Lead the systems set up and gap closes with co-manufactures
3) Lead the verification of policies and standards implementation
3. 20% Q&FS performance management:
1) Set up, monitor and drive the CI of Quality & Food Safety KPI in co-manufactures
2) Lead Q&FS incidents decisions, root cause analysis and corrective actions
3) Coordiante consumers and custoemrs complaints handling
4) Trouble shooting for any product/process issues

Requirements:
? Strong functional capability including:
1. Q&FS system: GMP/HACCP/Traceability/GLP/Allergen/EMP/HALAL/ISO 9001/FSSC 22000
2. Q&FS incidents handling, decision making and trouble shooting capabilities
3. Auditing/inspection/data analysis capabilities
4. Risk assessement in new product launches
5. Detailed understanding of quality, food safety and regulatory requirement in food industry
? Drive business results from:
1. Great collaboration skills across internally and externally
2. Great communication skills with logic both in oral and written
3. Perseverence under high pressire and can working on detailes
4. Action oriented
5. Conflict management and influencing skills
? Good English skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
? Average 25% travel to China locations expected.

Education: BS or MS in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or related field
Experience: BS Min 4 yrs. experience in food industry
