职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support for sourcing, RFQ and bidding/evaluation process.
2. Provide support during contractor qualification process and site audit activities.
3. Maintains accurate purchasing and contract records, effective filing system and sharepoint folder management.
4. Administrative support for EPC ITB from documentation preparation to contract award.
5. Support compliance process such as easenet screening & Star Approval, as well as support to create vendor MDO.
6. Support contract administration (valid insurance, monitor contract expiry and close-out).


Qualification:
1. Good skill to use MS office, excel, word, etc.
2. Good English in both writing and speaking.
3. Basic knowledge of EPC process in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
4. Procurement & contracting knowledge is preferred. 举报 分享
