职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maximize profitable growth of dedicated accounts with emphasis on sales & marketing, client and candidate development and relationship management
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop client business relationship
3. Achieve sales targets through increased sales from existing clients as well as new business development
4. Take charge of end-to-end recruitment process from accessing clients' hiring needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and presenting candidates to matching clients' job requirements
5. Provide consultation services and professional advice to both clients and candidates
 
Job Requirements:
1. University degree and a minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience; experience in targeted industry field is a plus;
2. Sales-driven and result-oriented with good communications skills and strong sense of responsibility
3. Effective communicator with excellent presentation and customer service skills
4. Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
5. Must be a quick learnerGood command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Salary and welfare:
Basic salary + performance salary + commission (weekly) + year-end bonus + insurance + employee travel + staff activities+ holiday+ gift + annual leave

岗位职责：
1、 与客户沟通，了解他们的业务需求，提供专业的高端人才招聘解决方案。
2、 根据客户要求，确定招聘方案，识别并评估目标候选人。
3、 通过多种渠道搜寻候选人，进行电话面试与背景调查来测评候选人。
4、 安排并解决面试流程中的所有突发问题。
5、 维护客户关系，并积极拓展业务。
6、 维护与候选人的关系，并建立专业领域的高端人才库。

任职要求：
1， 本科或以上学历。
2， 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
3， 结果导向型和对成功的强烈渴望。
4， 乐于接受挑战，能够在巨大压力下工作。
