Functional Description

Job Functions
? Make the project plan and implement the project implementation according to the project requirements
? The overall quality of the implementation of the control project, including the implementation phase of the crisis and problem management
? Responsible for the project information collection and project report writing
? Good business summary and reporting monthly
? Cooperate with internal functions to do the efficient coordination
? Assist project manager to improve project execution process and team development



Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Contract management
? Master plan management
? Statistics the execution cost of each project
? Vendor management
? Risk management
? Quality management
? Actively cooperate with sales
? Finish the task accurately and timely
? Increase communication and understanding among different business function teams/departments
? Improve the problems encountered in the execution of the project


Qualification and Experience

? Degree holder in Water, HAVC, mechanical or electrical engineering discipline;
? Solid experience and knowlodge in project execution, e.g., equipment installation, equipment + control panel integration; familiar with pump, control panel or hydraulic system in building or industry is preferred;
? Able to manage detailed project execution process and drive it;
? Able to communicate with designers, contractors, suppliers and end-users on project execution;

Skills and Personal Attributes

? Fluent writing and reading English;
? Highly computer literate –MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint, working knowledge of AutoCAD
? Honesty and integrity to uphold the Company’s values
? Good people skills and able to work with internal and external people at all levels;
? A team player able to work with other members to achieve goals of the team
? Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
? Enthusiasm and persistence in getting the job done
? Positive self-confidence and ability to deal with pressure
