China Sales Executive

Accreditation courses, Training program and Conference Participation

HJ InnoXcell is an event company specialized in designing training program, conference program and sells accreditation courses within Legal, healthcare and finance related topics.

About this Role:
This is a sales role, it required the right individual to conduct sales calls and find key decision makers from multinational company. If you do not have sales experience and like to develop your career in Sales, we would like to hear from you.

PURPOSE:
Seek clients from MNCs to attend InnoXcell event.
Promote InnoXcell Learning and development program

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Conduct telephone and internet research to reach key decision maker
-Pitching senior management executives to attend Conferences and Training courses
-build and maintain database owned throughout the process of telephone research.
-Sell courses to lawyers, doctors and nurses
-Meeting client in the office and sell courses
-Achievement of monthly sales revenue target.
-Generate of new leads and prospects (local and overseas).
-maintain after sales services.


KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; internet savvy.

Competencies:

-Good oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
-Strong persuasive ability and tenacity.
-Customer service orientation.
-Possess initiative and team spirit.
-Organized and meticulous.
-Enthusiastic, with positive attitude.

Experience:

Experience in sales would be advantage but not essential (Training provided)

We operated in a flat structure. New employees will be given one month intensive training to adapt into the learning and development industry. We prefer to promote within internally and provide opportunity for growth and development. All staff working for InnoXcell start from understand the basic business models from sales to programs production, marketing, operation and clients needs

 

Basic Salary
5000 RMB (fresh graduate no experience)
6000 RMB (1 year telesales experience)
7000 RMB (2 year telesales experience from conference and training industry)
8000 RMB for sponsorship sales

Commission:
Accreditation courses

0-3 signed up – 3%
3 – 5 signed up – 4%
5 and above – 5%

Sponsorship commission

0-4999 USD = 3%
5000 – 9999 USD = 5%

Hongjing brought training course for passing uniform CPA Examination in the U.S. and training course for other financial qualifications in 2009. Since 2010, Hongjing has been introducing training course for passing Bar exam in CA and NY state in the U.S. and various medical qualification exams, including United States Medical License Examination (USMLE), National Board Dental Examination (NBDE), National Council Licensing Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN), National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) examinations, North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX), and other professional qualifications.
