岗位职责：

Responsibilities:

1) Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates for assignments

2) Screen the candidates on qualifications and a possible fit to the job profile

3) Contact clients actively to ensure new job orders, assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship

4) Conduct interviews with possible candidates, be able to give the client a good impression of the candidate & his qualities and make a successful match

5) Handle recruitment assignments independently

Requirements:

1) At least 1 years above Banking,Insurance, Fund or related experience

2) Bachelor degree or above

3) Good English language ability (spoken and written)

4) Result-oriented and able to work with deadlines

5) High-energy team player who can be successful in a fast paced environment

6) Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people, work in a team

7) Good Common sense and eager to learn

工作职责

- 根据客户需求，在市场上搜寻合适的人才

- 根据职位要求筛选人才

- 积极联系客户，赢得新的订单，保证客户满意度。维护与客户的长期合作

- 与候选人进行面谈，并向客户推荐候选人的能力和素质，保证匹配成功

- 独立进行招聘工作

工作要求：

- 全日制本科或以上学历。同时欢迎具有海外留学经历的人才应聘

- 至少一年以上保险/银行/基金/投行等猎头相关经验。

- 英语听说读写良好，结果导向，能在时间压力下工作

- 充满活力，具有团队精神，能在一个快速发展的环境中成长

- 优秀的沟通技巧，喜欢与人交往。

- 喜欢在团队中工作

- 通情达理，乐于学习

任职资格：

待遇从优，底薪+ 高提成
