职位描述：

JOB PURPOSE

Maintain a reliable and accurate costing & reporting system conforming to group principle and international conventions.

Ensure the relevant internal procedures are implemented to support the management in achieving effective business control.

Ensure the communication of all relevant information and documentation to be provided.

Ensure IDAOSU Project OPEX/CAPEX monitoring transparently, cost simulation and CRI evolution clearly and timely. Expense and costing structure designed clearly, SAP system ready for filling activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Project OPEX/CAPEX Control (20%)

• Prepare project OPEX/CAPEX and ensure the reporting rule is compliance with DAI policy

• Make a clear mapping with CIP and Fixed assets to ensure a smooth capitalization of new fixed assets

• Provide Financial Analysis Support to Site Strategic projects

• Provide Financial Analysis Support to New Product Transfer

2. Responsible for Cost Accounting (20%)

• Cost structure build up for filling activity

• Cost simulations regarding Expense trends as well as CRI evolution

• SAP flow design and perimeter set up for filling activity

• STD cost run in SAP for all products

• Process Order Template Preparation for all products

3. Prepare Period End Closing and Reporting (15%)

• Monthly/Quarterly Functional Reporting

• Monthly/Quarterly Management Reporting

• Monthly/Quarterly Inter-department Reporting

• Ad HOC Reporting required by manager

• Perform Monthly end closing correctly and timely by different management centers and reconcile with TB, analysis variance properly

4. Budget, Forecast and STD cost (15%)

• Budget/Forecast/LRP package preparation and submission with proper comments

• Standard cost calculation and submission with Proper comments

  By performing above assignments to ensure management is provided with all accurate data required for preparation of financial reports and budgets. Keeping financial file completely and safely.

5. SAP Application (15%)

• Cost process in SAP which is addressed in item 2

• SAP Stock Picture Monitoring and Support the trouble shooting

• SAP FI/CO Module change request development

6. Internal Control (10%)

• Orientation training and regular training related to Company Standards

• Coordinate on SOX/ICT Preparation external audit PBC list

• Timely update about knowledge of existing and newly published Procedure

• Timely update about the knowledge of Reporting Tools

7. Other (5%)

• Other Miscellaneous work assigned by controller
