服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to bank management team based in MSBIC Zhuhai office
Ongoing diary management
Responsible for managing emails as instructed
Client liaison for travel, meetings, accommodation, etc.
Daily office administration eg. answering telephones, faxing, filing, photocopying, distribution of mail etc.
Detailed travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, obtaining appropriate approvals
Organizing domestic and international conference calls
Completing and processing expense claims and invoices
Booking meeting rooms and coordinating catering arrangements for internal and external client meetings

Fluency in English is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Assumes responsibility and accountability
Works collaboratively to achieve a positive team outcome
Analytical and commercial
Organizes time and resources to achieve aims
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Acts with integrity and builds a positive profile to reach desired outcome
Is driven and takes a proactive approach
Flexible attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
Qualifications / Experience Required
Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Previous work experience from financial industry or professional services environment
Experience with voicemail system use
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of Administration experience
Experience within the finance industry highly desirable
