职位描述：
Key Account Abilities
Lead/execute new product development projects based on the customer requirements and market trends.
Provide high quality technical support needed for promoting products and programs; align with global R&D team on global projects

1. Lead/drive technological innovation in the region by initiating & executing application/product development projects in the region.
2. Align with global R&D on innovation projects, provide regional VOC(voice of the customer) and contribute to global Innovation Projects as requested.

3. Identify local and regional industry trends and customer’s requirements to capture ideas and develop project proposals.

4. Support field tests of experimental products and/or new products for commercialization.

5. Provide technical support for promoting new products/program launched

6. Understand Ecolab’s Inst technology as practiced globally; know how/when to leverage effectively.

7. Work with Regulatory to ensure all products/programs in compliance

8. Work with process engineering to smoothly transfer lab formulas to manufacturing and provide support to QC for product batches complain.

Required / Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Able to effectively work with multifunctional teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain), country, regionally and globally based.

2. Experience in cleaning and sanitation (or related industry) R&D and/or Applied Technology, engineering or dispenser experience is preferred to have

3. Project management experience

4. Advanced knowledge of formulation

5. Work with Sales and Marketing team to support customer needs

6. Work with Business/Marketing to define innovation projects ,track project progress regularly and manage projects

7. Open minded team player, also self-starter

8. 3+ Years’ experience in R&D work in chemical industry segment.

9. PC skills: E-mail, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, etc.

10. Excellent oral and written English

Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline with 3+ work experience 举报 分享
