职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

? Holds the role of Regional Strategic Support for the Commodity: identify & develop new suppliers, support localization strategy, identify & consolidate futures needs in the region, support preparation for Regional/Global projects.
? Identify and recommend suppliers (which fit into the BG Aisa Purchasing Strategy) to the local Purchasing Manager and global Commodity Leader;
? Regularly review the local supplier portfolio with respect to the BG Aisa Purchasing Strategy and update/ improve the supplier portfolio if necessary;
? Work closely with the regional purchasing team and communicate with regional purchasing members regularly to align strategy;
? Support the plant team to manage the plant supply chain;
? Contribute to solve all problems that may arise at quality, technical or logistics level
? Update categorized supplier list with Lead/Local Buyer quarterly and get in contact with suppliers to optimize the project content by collecting proposal from suppliers on technical product definition, supplier technical innovation and supply flow.
? Leads new supplier integration process: performs Supplier Investigation, Supplier Finance Assessment, NDA, Supplier Portal Access, RFQ release & review, Technical review, Sourcing Board, Initiate new supplier add workflow, tracking P.O, Logistic Plan review & agreement
? Prepare and manage yearly price negotiations;
? Other tasks by manager.

Main Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering, material, Economics
? At least 3 year experience in the same function to have developed the required knowledge & skills with the automotive industry. Working in a multi-national company would be advantageous.
? Have practical knowledge of project management tools, e.g. program planning; resource planning; quality planning; target setting etc.
? Strong sense of Cost impact, quality control and value stream analysis as advantage.
? Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially Lotus Notes, ERP, PLM,MS-Powerpoint (excel and data analysis) and MS-Project
? Command of English is a must,
? Good communication skills at all levels
? Quick learning ability, team spirit, negotiating, target-oriented in timely

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
