JOB TITLE: Accountant

Location: Shanghai

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The Senior Accountant is responsible to implement company policies and directives in the Finance area, to monitor key performance indicators and provide input to the Finance Manager in the fulfillment of company financial targets and to ensure that good administrative practice is implemented and company's value is safeguarded throughout all operations.

?(1) Daily accounting operation management for AP or AR account, prepare AP or AR entry in ERP system.
?(2) Account payable(AP): staff & 3rd party payment, AP aging report & follow up.
Account receivable(AR): AR clearing, AR aging report & follow up.
?(3) Perform monthly internal report, eg.bank reconciliation(AP), customer down payment report(AR).
?(4) SAP vendor/customer data maintenance/update.
?(5) Liaise with internal/external function peop. for daily operation.


2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience & Personality:
?(1) Have experience for AP/AR account responsibility in accounting.
?(2) Related working experience in the same industry.

Education & Knowledge:
?(1) Bachelor degree in accounting of 2-3 years professional experience.
?(2) Knowledge of IAS/IFRS, local GAAP.
?(3) Accountancy Certification as required by local legislation.
(4) Computer literacy - Microsoft Office /SAP.
(5) Fluency in written and spoken English.
