JOB DESCRIBTION


JOB TITLE: Senior Scientist

Location: Shanghai

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Plan and conduct activities to develop new products. Provide assistance to improve or support existing products, methods or techniques. If applicable, may lead the team for new product developments or current product improvements.

?(1) Responsible of performing all activities related to product development and support, including planning and execution of
study protocols and reports, as well as creation of appropriate documentation following design process.
?(2) Conduct new product development with regards to the targeted specifications and timing, includin manufacturing
transfer, validation and risk analysis.
?(3) Plan experiments based on project needs with efficient and effective experimental design and control.
?(4) Organize the activities related to laboratory operations respecting safety procedures, prioritize activities to meet deadlines.
?(5) As team leader for projects, plans, assesses resources, resolves issues, prepares reports and guides the work to assure
efficient data collection.
?(6) Produce and present reports at meetings.
?(7) Contribute with technical expertise so that quality products can be designed and produced on time.
?(8) Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct supervisor.


2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience & Personality:
?(1) Master degree on biological science with at least 3 years experience or Bachelor degree with at least 6 years experience.

Education & Knowledge:
?(1) Knowledge of R&D development process and immunoassay.
?(2) Good command of English both oral and written.
