Job Title

Project Manager / Program Manager


Job Summary

Using PLUS as the standard tool to manage program risk, providing hands on PLUS training and existing formal coaching platform, assisting in leveraging CSC /JCI Global resources to solve problems in production development.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing independent assessment of program status and risk to CBU Leadership and General Management.

2. Responsible for providing teaching and information on PLUS and any changes to it, ensuring standardized use of PLUS, related reporting and communication across business units.

3. Responsible for recommending areas of training need and offering training solutions.

4. Responsible for ensuring accurate JV Monthly reporting generated by CSC.

5. Attending Gate Reviews to ensure planning for success is in place and deliverables are being executed on time with high level of quality.

6. Assisting in reaching across disciplines and leveraging CSC /JCI Global resources to allow the above to happen.

7. Auditing risk reporting to ensure accuracy and clarity .

8. Engaging, auditing, and coaching teams to ensure PLUS is being used and used correctly.

9. Assisting in hiring candidates for PM roles per JCI Global job description, identifying areas of performance concern and addressing them, identifying areas where high performance exists and planning for future development.

10. Capturing lessons learned and identifying areas for CI.

11. Take the management responsibility of BOS and TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards to ensure the effective operation of BOS, optimize the procedure and application of BOS in the department.


Job Relationship

Report to: Program Manager

Cooperate with: CBU GM and PM Leaders from CBU



Analysis Requirements

Excellent ability of analysis management and personal relationship.


Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor or above, major in engineering.

Experience: three years of related working and management experiences, therein at least five years in product development and manufacturing of automobile industry.

Other Skills: Behavior and appearance is keeping with company's value; excellent ability of oral

and writing Chinese and English; good inter-personal, organizing and coordinating ability; strong

team spirit; good command of Project and Office software.
