职位描述：
主要工作职责（Job Description）:

Part A: Overall Responsibility

Primarily responsible for supporting BU finance managers to manage all financial related aspects of BU/BUs such as budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures tracking, financial planning and consolidations.

Part B: Principal Responsibilities

? Prepare and develop effective actual vs. planning/budget BU tracking reports timely and accurately on a monthly basis to identify potential risk/issues and support management decision making.
? Review pricing proposal templates to ensure all required contents are making business sense.
? Communicate with sourcing company and BU to ensure proper standard cost and gross profit management.
? Other ad hoc projects related to BU financial strategic controlling

Job Requirements
? A Bachelor’s degree in financial or accounting fields
? At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role
? Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint. TM1 and SAP experience is a plus.
? Quick learner and reliable team player
? Independent, highly motivated and self-driven
? Effective communications skills
? Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadline
? Fluent in English (both oral and written)
