职位描述：
BASIC FUNCTIONS

Reporting to Associate Director of Marketing Communications, the role will be accountable for collaborating with various teams to facilitate and coordinate content production, and to supervise content publishing activities for regional KOHLER websites.
This is a temporary 8 months contract position (April – November 2017) based in Shanghai that could potentially extend into a permanent position based on company’s business needs.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

? Coordinate and facilitate content collection and production among multiple internal stakeholders (product, marketing and engineering teams) either on local, regional and global level.
? Work with and supervise external agencies with various related work streams such as content translation and publishing and facilitate reviews of the work produced with external stakeholders involved.
? Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

? At least 2 years’ experience and track record in digital content production/coordination, either on agency side or brand’s side. This could be a unique opportunity for someone with digital agency background to jump to a brand / in-house role.
? Strong written and verbal fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
? Graduate degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or similar.
? Exceptional communication and organizational skills. High level of initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.
? Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently
? Ability to work as both project owner and a team member.
? Innovative, creative, problem-solver, reliable and honest
