Impact on Business (i.e. business contribution, nature and scope of responsibility, risk and financial management, strategic/tactical/operative responsibility)
During the presales quotation period
1.Drive the team to provide the best solution and clearly define project scope and specification
2.Organize the team to building prototype /prototype FAT and record and sign report with customer together .
3.Work together with responsible sale engineer/manager to pursuit the potential project/orders.
4.Project evaluations and assessment base on delivery ,quality and cost and profit etc.
During the project fulfillment period
1.Breakdown project tasks and resource requirements
2.Develop full scale project plans milestones and deliverables.
3.Manage project schedule, budget, and Customer Satisfaction
4.Manage project resource allocation
5.Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, including 3rd party hardware and labor.
6.Monitor and report project progress regularly
7.Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
8.Work with project related stakeholders to coordinate cross-function activities and lead to quick response to customer’s issue resolution and operation fulfillment commitment
9.Work with purchase team to identify subcontractors and make risk control plan.
Others
1.Be responsible for ITO customer solution business development and customer solution sale revenue in AMI industry segmentation.
2.Provide leadership, direction & control on overall customer solution AMI operations to achieve GCN customer solution financial objectives such as cost control and Contribution Margin) and be held accountable on executing the Operating Plan to meet the objectives of sales recognition, cash collection, and customer satisfaction
3.Leverage team resources/capability/best practice to support from ITO to OTR delivery & operation excellence
4.Work with project related stakeholders to coordinate cross-function activities and lead to quick response to customer’s issue resolution and operation fulfillment commitment
5.Ensure company compliance & government regulatory requirement adherence
6.Build and development the team talents and drive to culture integration
7.Able to travel as project and business required.
8.Proficient in project management software
Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties
(indicate nature and context of client relationship and service delivery, required communication skills, frequency of communication (i.e. infrequent =few times a year, occasional= few times a month, frequent= regular but not daily, continuous= daily)
Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved, improvement of processes, systems or products)
