职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Support Marketing brand director on
- Calendar/meeting management
- Business trip logistics arrangement (transportation, hotel, reimbursement, etc.)
- Working visa application/renewal

Support Marketing brand team on
- Vendor code application/maintenance
- SAP System handling (PR creation, PO follow-up and GR/budget report, etc.)
- Contract signing process and project payment follow-up
- Department/Team meetings/activities coordination (catering, venue, etc.)
- Provide admin assistance to Department Secretary when required
- Other Ad Hoc tasks

Requirement:
- University degree or equivalent level, preferably in Administration field;
- With at least 2-year service experience in relevant area, familiar with SAP system is preferable;
- Good oral and written English skills;
- Good Microsoft Office skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, well organized, highly integrated, fully dedicated with teamwork spirit. 举报 分享
