本职位是与第三方派遣公司签定劳动合同，享有法定的五险一金及年假等。介意者勿投。
Position Summary:
As marketing assistant who will help well planning & campaign execution efficiency.
Principal Duties
1. CRM planning (20%):
? Assist CRM manager to develop & enhance consumer journey
? Assist CRM manager to Initiate program to achieve KPI for club member recruitment & activation & retention
? In charge of CRM tracking include campaign pre-during-post tracking, regular weekly monthly reporting
2. Campaign Execution (50%):
? In charge of consumer regular communication include but not only for SMS mass push, target marketing ,brochure delivery
? In charge of campaign offering assignment include joint gift, 2nd purchase gift and quarterly welcome and birthday gift for VIPs
? Work with vendor to maintain club member website.
3. Vendor management (10%):
? Supervise external & internal vendor to improve service quality & execution efficiency.
? PR& payment management
4. Marketing routine administrator (20%):
? As marketing assistant to arrange conference, meeting room booking and other assignment by marketing director.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree, At least 1 year CRM/PR/ Category or other related position marketing working experience
? Cosmetic or agency background will be preferred.
? Ability to campaign planning & data analysis
? Skilled with PPT, excel and other office tools
? Good team player and quick learner
